Job Description

As a Part-time Financial Administrative Assistant at Oneway, you are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial data. You assist with various financial administrative tasks and contribute to a smooth financial operation within the company.


Processing purchase and sales invoices Managing intermediary accounts Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, including monitoring Processing bank statements Providing support for other financial administrative tasks.


Your Profile

  • Demonstrable knowledge of financial administration;
  • Ability to work independently and accurately;
  • Communicative skills in both Dutch and English (verbal and written);
  • Minimum of vocational education level (MBO);
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and a positive work attitude;
  • Experience with Exact Globe and Synergy;
