We are looking for an enthusiastic After Sales Representative to join our team. You will provide technical support and assist our dealers with service and after-sales requests.

As an After Sales Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our dealers after our products have been delivered. You provide technical support by phone and email, and handle incoming service requests quickly and efficiently.

You’ll collaborate with various departments such as logistics and sales, ensuring dealers are always well-informed about the latest developments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering questions about warranties and providing technical support;

• Logging and following up on service requests and complaints;

• Processing returns and replacements;

• Supporting dealers with after-sales inquiries;

• Identifying opportunities to improve our processes;

• Contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

• You have at least MBO-level education and preferably experience in a service-oriented role or the bicycle industry;

• Customer focus comes naturally to you, and you understand what great service means;

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;

• Commercial insight and the ability to use service to maintain customer satisfaction;

• Affinity with bicycles or technology is a plus;

• Accurate, well-organized, and able to work independently.
