Ere Research is the culmination of a lifetime of bicycle passion, spent both on the bike and in the back channels of the industry steering and leading product development and design. Ere Research has started developing its own rims and tyres in search of the ideal wheel shape. The starting point of Ere were tyres that make the difference. The already famous Genus tyre has proven itself in races, winning world, European and national championships. Meanwhile, the tyre program has expanded and evolved. The Ere collection has been supplemented with an extensive range of wheels, for the road and for the most beautiful gravel adventures. By using the latest technologies and knowledge, Ere Research offers the best-performing tyre-rim-wheel combination.
In search of the ideal wheel shape, Ere Research has started to develop its own rims and tyres. Ere’s starting point were tyres that make a difference. Ere’s experience in saddle-making combined with studies performed in collaboration with top-rated medical universities has helped them to create comfortable and innovative saddles solutions for the cycling community. The Comfort Trigger is a patented system by Ere, that lets the rider adjust the flexibility of the saddle while riding. With the Comfort Trigger, every rider can take back control of their riding experience.
Besides wheels and saddles, Ere Research also designs bar tape, the first point of control while riding. Ere offers various kinds of bar tape, and each type of bar tape has a varying degree of comfort and shock absorption. They all boast various types of technologies, such as our Smooth Line Wrap, Single Sheet, and Laminar Sheet.
