For our workshop in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Workshop Team Leader who can manage the team and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Where will you be working?

You will officially be employed by CUBE Stores and work on-site at Oneway Bike. Our modern office is located in Rotterdam (Christa Ehrlichhof 10).

The CUBE brand offers a wide range of bikes, including mountain bikes, road bikes, e-bikes, and children’s bikes, as well as matching accessories and clothing. With us, customers will find everything they need to fully enjoy their cycling experience.

At Oneway Bike, we also have a workshop where new bikes are assembled for consumers and our CUBE Stores.

For more than 20 years, Oneway Bike has been a leading player in the cycling industry as the distributor for CUBE and various cycling accessories.

What will you be doing?

As Workshop Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our workshop where new CUBE bikes are built for our stores. You keep the overview, ensure your team works efficiently, and maintain top-quality standards. You know your way around bikes, but your main focus is leading, coordinating, and optimizing processes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the workshop team and ensuring a positive working atmosphere.

• Quality control: checking the newly assembled bikes.

• Preparing reports and monitoring workflows.

• Identifying areas for improvement and making the workshop more efficient.

• Planning and distributing tasks.

• Logistical coordination: ensuring bikes are delivered to stores and consumers on time and in perfect condition.

What do you bring?

We are looking for someone who keeps an overview and knows how to motivate people. You have natural leadership qualities and a love for structure, but you’re also willing to step in and help when needed. You recognize yourself in the following:

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a technical environment.

• Affinity with bicycles and knowledge of bike technology is a big plus.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate your team.

• A sharp eye for both quality and efficiency.

• Strong organizational skills and resilience under pressure.
