This is your chance – we’re looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager for our store in Almelo. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the daily operations of the store, always striving to offer our customers the best possible experience.

Our 1,100 m² store at the Woonboulevard offers plenty of space for the finest CUBE bikes, accessories, and apparel. Here, we truly take time for our customers – from personal advice to test rides and custom solutions – all with a fresh cup of coffee.

No two days are the same: help recreational cyclists find a comfortable city bike, assist a dedicated road cyclist in finding their dream bike, or advise on accessories and apparel. Whether you’re on the sales floor, leading the team, or making sure the store looks its best – you make the difference in experience and service.

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team
• Actively working on the shop floor and leading by example
• Ensuring optimal customer experience and service
• Contributing ideas for commercial campaigns and store presentation
• Managing inventory and monitoring processes
• Solving problems and stepping in where needed

• A passion for cycling
• Experience in retail or a leadership role
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility, including availability on Saturdays

• A salary between €3.000 and €3.500 gross per month based on full-time employment.
