What will you do?

As an HR employee at Oneway Bike, you will be an important point of contact for our employees and management. You will ensure a smooth HR process and support the execution of various HR tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing personnel files and contracts.
  • Supporting recruitment and selection processes, from posting job vacancies to onboarding.
  • Carrying out administrative HR tasks, such as sick leave registration and leave requests.
  • Answering employee questions regarding HR-related matters.
  • Contributing to and implementing improvements in HR processes.
  • Assisting with performance and appraisal interviews.

What does your profile look like

  • You have an MBO/HBO diploma, preferably in HRM or a similar field.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are communicatively strong and enjoy interacting with various departments and employees.
  • You are proactive, accurate, and organized.
  • You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
